Billingo's plans — especially at lower document counts — are competitively priced, and its API is among the most developer-friendly, which makes automating special flows (advance invoices, proformas, partial fulfilment) straightforward. If you already use Billingo manually, the webshop connection replaces the manual work within days.
How we connect Billingo
We integrate via the Billingo v3 API: the order's payment or fulfilment state triggers document issuing, with your shop's VAT settings, in multiple languages and currencies. The e-invoice goes to the customer automatically, the PDF is attached to the order, and we configure per-payment-method logic: instant invoice for cards, on fulfilment for COD, proforma-then-invoice for bank transfer. Before go-live we verify the whole chain with test documents.
Connected with payments and shipping
Billingo truly works for you when wired together with payment gateways and courier integrations: a successful SimplePay/Barion/Stripe payment triggers an instant invoice, and the delivery of a COD GLS or Foxpost parcel triggers fulfilment-time invoicing.
